Motor Finance (Commission) Complaints
If your complaint is in relation to Discretionary Commission Arrangements, please note that there was an announcement by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on 11 January 2024 detailing a change to the time limits to respond. A further announcement was made by the FCA on the 24 September 2024 advising of a further extension to response time. These announcements also affect the time you have to refer your complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). For further information, please visit the FCA’s help page for consumers here.
